Working for a large insurer I feel that I would like to draw your attention to the wonderful service that I have received from your claims department regarding an accident I had in my Horsebox. Although, it is not fully resolved yet the service I have received from logging the claim to getting the horsebox inspected has been simply the best. I have worked in insurance for a number of years and I personally know that staff do not get the recognition for their service that they provide. So, please can you pass this email on to the Manager of the Agricultural department.
Your staff show empathy with customers, their communication skills are second to none and they have always kept me up to date with the whole process without even asking. In particular I would like to Thank Matthew Gray for an excellent service, he is a real credit to the claims department and should be rewarded for his customer service skills. It has not been plain sailing to say the least after I had issues with my licence which, he promptly sorted with the underwriters within 24 hours. Not to mention the logistics of moving the horsebox and a refund for storage that he also settled extremely quickly.
Please can you congratulate all your staff that have helped me so far they have all played a part in making my claim bearable.
I will of course be recommending your services to all my horsey friends and renewing my policy with you in December 2014.
