SPECIALIST motor insurer ERS is pleased to announce that Baljit Sodhi has joined the business to lead the development and management of new and growing broker accounts.
Baljit joins ERS from RGA Underwriting, where she held the position of Associate Director, with responsibility for sales and broker relationships.
Reporting into Commercial Director Sam Hudson, Baljit will lead an existing team of five Business Development Associates, dedicated to developing our broker base.
Sam said: "Baljit's appointment completes my leadership team, and I am excited that she has chosen to join ERS. As a broker-only insurer it's important we have the best capability in the market, and with Alex Hardy, who joined in July this year, and Jackie Stead we know have that in place.
"Baljit's team are vital in ensuring that every broker we trade with has a named relationship manager, no matter what their size or speciality, and her experience will help us grow and extend our broker base."
Baljit added: "I am delighted to join ERS at this stage in its transformation. It has a unique position in the market and I'm looking forward being a part of the team."
