Our specialist Commercial team are back from a successful 2-week tour visiting our broker partners nationwide at venues that represent the wonderfully diverse motor types we can cover under our Commercial product portfolio. Our recent ERS Presents: Commercial events provided the perfect opportunity for us to share our latest updates on our product offering and hear from Brokers how we can work better together to support and grow their business.

Locations such as Dingles Fairground Heritage was a great way to showcase our Showman’s product, plus seeing our Broker partners getting very excited about driving 80-year-old bumper cars was definitely one to remember. Our specialist team walked through our 10 bespoke products that sit under our Commercial banner, from Minibuses to Showman’s and Taxi’s to Haulage. Each of our products has been designed to fit the bespoke needs of each customer and the only way we can continue to evolve our offering to fit demand is by listening to what the market and our brokers are saying.

We presented our recently updated online application, eTrade, where brokers can quote and buy some of our most specialist risks such as Minibuses, Courier and coming very soon Taxi at any time of the day. A simple and easy to navigate application perfect for our brokers to easily trade with ERS. Always looking to improve our service to brokers, we are heavily investing in this and will be adding new products and features very soon.

In addition to our online offering, our dedicated Commercial Product Managers, Underwriters and our Operations team are here to support brokers with all things Commercial motors and we look forward to going back on the road next year, offering more exciting experiences and updates for our valued brokers
