Cover levels
We have four different levels of breakdown cover available
Roadside
With our roadside assistance, we cover the insured vehicle against a breakdown more than a ¼ mile from the home address, compared with more than ½ mile for most other providers. We also cover misfuelling, lost keys and recovery from snow, ice, mud and flood as standard.
Roadside & Recovery
In addition to the cover provided with UK Roadside Assistance, Roadside & Recovery includes recovery to any UK location or costs for vehicle hire, public transport or overnight accommodation (within defined policy limits). For equine cover this includes stabling cost for horses.
Total UK
In addition to the cover provided with Roadside Assistance and Roadside & Recovery, Total UK includes cover at home and within ¼ mile of the home address, as well as up to an hour of labour costs at the roadside.
Total UK & Europe
In addition to the cover provided in Roadside Assistance, Roadside & Recovery and Total UK Total UK & Europe provides benefits including cover prior to trip departure and increased limits for any alternative transport or overnight accommodation required. (Excluding horseboxes).

We understand the different types of complexities when it comes to recovering an Electric Vehicle.
Charging vans
We understand the unique challenges involved in recovering electric vehicles and have the expertise and equipment to get your customers moving again quickly and safely.
Our specialist EV recovery vans can provide up to 10 miles of charge, helping customers reach the nearest operational charging point without the need for a tow.
Whether it's an electric catering van heading to a festival, an electric taxi en route to a customer, or a converted classic vehicle travelling to a rally, we can provide breakdown cover for a wide range of electric and specialist vehicles.
And support isn't limited to the roadside, or the UK. Whether a vehicle runs out of charge at home or breaks down further afield, our EV recovery service and European cover options help keep journeys on track.

- Cover for a range of horsebox types, from 3.5 tonne converted vans to 26 tonne lorries
