London, 4th March 2026. ERS, the UK’s largest specialist motor insurer, today announced the launch of its new Personal Lines proposition, Private Client Ultimate. Building on the strength of its existing Prestige motor offering, both Private Client propositions will be available to trade via UK brokers.
Private Client Ultimate has been developed for high-net worth individuals with complex motor risks and offers specialist underwriting expertise to provide specialist cover for single vehicles valued at £350,000, vehicle collections valued at £500,000 and high net worth individuals with specific motor requirements.
The proposition delivers an enhanced, all-encompassing level of cover, including agreed value, any driver cover, Comprehensive Driving Other Cars across the UK and EU, Private Client Breakdown cover, market leading hire car value (with a unique excess reduction approach) and personal belongings cover. As with the existing Prestige product, all claims will be handled by a dedicated, in-house Private Client claims team.
Commenting on the launch, Martin Hall, Managing Director at ERS, said: “We have built our Private Client motor proposition over the last six years and become well-established and recognised as a leading high net worth insurer. The new product benefits from our specialist motor underwriting and claims expertise and our commitment to delivering flexible, high-quality solutions to the UK broker market.
“Private Client Ultimate gives brokers more confidence to win complex risks, it provides choice and enables them to grow their books and serve their most valued clients better. Our original Prestige product remains a strong, tailorable proposition, while Private Client Ultimate provides an enhanced, all-encompassing solution for those clients who expect more. Together, Private Client Prestige and Ultimate are designed to help brokers place more business, support more private clients and continue growing with confidence”.
Private Client Ultimate is available to trade via UK brokers from 4th March 2026.
